education. i agree, education is key, particularly the future of our economy, but our training programs right flow we've got 47 of them housed in the federal government reporting to eight different agency. overhead is overwhelming. we've got to get the dollars back to the state and go to the workers to create their own pathways to train for the jobs that will really help them. the second area, taxation. we agree, we ought to bring the tax rates down, and i do both for corporation corporations anr individuals. but in order for not to lose revenue and have the government run out of money i lower deductions and credits and exempt yons so we keep taking in the same money when you also account for growth. the third area, energy, energy is critical and the president pointed out correctly that production of oil and gas in the u.s. is up. but not due to his policies. in spite of his policies. mr. president, all of the increase in natural gas and oil has happened on private land, not on government land.

maybe the major campaign event treated as a lesson in information or education. it was a campaign event and both sides went at it to win and one side won. i go back to a couple of points. romney was able to get away with something things tonight that he's not been consistent on. he said if you have a preexisting condition and continuous health care coverage, you would be covered. tonight he said anybody with a preexisting condition, you would get coverage. he's also said that if you're living in an apartment, we don't let you die there, we take you to the emergency room. that's his health care plan. how he was able to come in there tonight and act if he was a born again somebody out of the other universe and not the guy he's been for the last several days is amazing. why obama didn't tag him and say just the other day you said if you don't have continuous coverage you don't get preexisting coverage. why didn't the president ask him to list the deductions that will finance this. explain what makes it not a tax cut, which is these deductions. they're not loopholes.
